Issues with a cleaning?

At Sweep, we stand by the quality of our services. However, with the vast amount of factors between each cleaner and home, sometimes we miss things. We are human after all! 

With that being said, Sweep offers a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee on our orders. All you have to do to submit a dispute is to email us within 48 hours of your cleaning at info@sweepllc.com and let us know who you are and what went wrong. Be sure to attach photos (if applicable) as well. 

We limit our offering to 48 hours to be fair to our cleaners. A lot can happen after multiple days, so we want to make sure your cleaning is still fresh. That is plenty of time for you to assess the situation. 

We ask for photos to ensure that all requests are legitimate in fairness to our Sweepers. That way we can either refund you for the areas of concern or send a Sweeper back to address the photographed areas. 

Overall, Sweep wants to make sure our clients are taken care of. That is why we offer a guarantee on our cleanings. Problem resolution is important to us, and we will do what we can to be fair to all parties involved.
