Cleanings do not include the cleaning of any hazardous or unsafe conditions. Cleaners are not expected to move heavy furniture or fragile objects to clean under them. Make sure that the Cleaners have easy access to all areas needing to be cleaned. Cleaners are not expected to clean anything more than standard dirt, mud, hair, dust, spills, water spots, and any other debris that collects over time from day to day living conditions. All of these tasks are to be done with the proper pet/child safe cleaning liquids.
Room Cleanings
Kitchen… $30
Includes: Dusting the outside of low hanging light fixtures/lamps, wiping down counter tops with a proper cleaning solution, appliance exteriors, inside/outside of the microwave, outside of your toaster (if applicable), sink, mirrors, interior window panes, vacuuming of carpet and rugs/mats, sweeping/mopping of hard floors, and gathering/taking out all rubbish.
Full Bathroom… $28
Includes: Dusting the outside of low hanging light fixtures/lamps, cleaning the inside of the bath tub, shower walls, the shower head/faucet, the outside/inside of the toilet, sink, cleaning/wiping down counter tops, mirrors, interior window panes, vacuuming of carpet and rugs/mats, sweeping/mopping of any hard floors, and gathering/taking out all rubbish.
Living Room… $16
Includes: Dusting the outside of low hanging light fixtures/lamps, dusting and/or wiping down end tables, other horizontal surfaces, mirrors, interior window panes, vacuuming of carpet and rugs/mats, sweeping/mopping of any hard floors, and gathering/taking out all rubbish.
Bedroom… $12
Includes: Dusting the outside of low hanging light fixtures/lamps, dusting and/or wiping down of accessible horizontal surfaces (end table/night stand), making the bed with the existing bedding, cleaning mirrors, interior window panes, wiping down accessible closet shelving, vacuuming floors of closet, vacuuming of carpet and rugs/mats, sweeping/mopping of any hard floors, and gathering/taking out all rubbish.

Add On Cleanings
Deep Clean… $16
Per Room
For rooms that need extra attention. Great add on 2-4 times a year in a home. Includes: Wipe baseboards/trim, light switch and outlet plates, window trim/tracks, cabinet exteriors, dust objects and picture frames, wipe entry doors (as needed), dust corner cobwebs, and wipe vents. If you wanted your whole house deep cleaned and had 8 rooms, for example, then you would order 8 “Deep Clean” options in addition to those 8 rooms.
Inside of Fridge… $25
All Standard Size Residential Refrigerators
Includes: Clean out the inside of your refrigerator (including freezer section if it has one). This includes cleaning the walls, cubbies, base, and shelving, cleaning out the ice trey (if it has one), organizing it neatly based on the way it was, and disposing of rotting/molding items (unless specified otherwise).
Inside of Oven… $25
All Standard Size Residential Ovens
Includes: Clean out the inside of your oven. This includes cleaning the walls, window, and bottom of the oven, cleaning out the coils (if it has them), cleaning the display, and cleaning out the built-in drawer. We cannot guarantee the removal of all grease as some ovens may take multiple cleanings to fully remove stains.
Inside of Cabinets… $20
Standard Home/Apartment
Includes: Clean the interior of your kitchen and bathroom cabinets. This includes the interior walls and shelving. Cabinet interiors must be easy to access (empty or easy to clear out). May be subject to extra charge for multiple bathrooms and/or an extra large kitchen (> 250 sq/ft)
Sliding Glass Door… $6
Includes: Clean the slider glass from the inside and outside (if easily accessible) and the door’s surrounding interior frame and track. Track is not guaranteed to be spotless as a large buildup over time can make it nearly impossible to clear of all debris. Includes both large glass slider panes.
Vacuum Inside of Couch… $6
Each Standard Size Couch, Love Seat, or Sectional
Includes: Vacuum the inside of your couch, love seat, or sectional. This includes the removal of pillows and cushions to vacuum the inside frame of the couch. Then, each cushion and pillow will be vacuumed. In addition, the externals of the couch will be vacuumed as well. Your cleaner will use whichever tools/attachments deemed appropriate. Damage caused to the furniture from normal vacuuming procedures is not the cleaner’s responsibility to replace.
Dishes… $12
Per Sink Full
Includes: Clean your sink full of dishes with the appropriate dish soap and sponge/towel/scrubbing brush. Cleaners are required to dry the dishes, but they are not required to put them away (but may do so at their own discretion). Any extra-large sink full of dishes is subject to extra fees based on your Cleaner’s discretion.
Wash & Dry Laundry… $15
Per Load of Laundry
Includes: Put your specified load of laundry into the washing machine, then the dryer, then back to the original location in a laundry basket. Cleaners are to use their own discretion on the washer/dryer settings unless told specifically by the client. You must provide the cleaner with the appropriate detergents. Must be ordered with other room cleanings/add-ons as cleaners are not expected to wait any longer than 20 minutes for the laundry to finish if they are completed with all other tasks.
Fold Laundry… $15
Per Load of Laundry
Includes: Fold your laundry from a standard size washer/dryer full. If your fold laundry request is clearly more than a typical load of laundry, you may be subject to extra fees based on your Cleaner’s discretion. There is no defined style of folding and the Cleaner is not required to put the clothing away. They are expected to put the neatly folded laundry in one or two neat stacks on the end of your bed, on your dresser, or in your own specified location.
Move in / Move Out… $130
In addition to the standard cost of each room ordered. This option will take care of everything needed for a smooth move in / move out experience. Home must be empty.
