Smart Phone with Data

For use of the app and it’s features and for communicating with management and clients.

Reliable Vehicle

To make it to and from cleanings without mechanical issues. It is assumed that you carry automotive insurance and updated plates.

General Liability Insurance

As a contractor you are required to carry your own general liability insurance for your protection against potential damage caused to a client’s home and/or possessions.

Business License

This is for tax purposes. Your business needs to be registered with the state of Michigan if you have a LLC. If you’re a Sole Proprietor, you don’t need to register, but you will still need to pay income taxes on anything earned. This is important for when we send you a 1099 at the end of the year.
